Trapper Matching Form
If you submit the trapper matching form, what you enter is shared with a licensed third-party pest control business so they can contact you about gopher control. That is the entire point of the form, and it is the only thing your answers are used for.
Shared with them: your name, phone number, ZIP code and your description of the problem, plus your email address and best time to call if you choose to fill those in. The form asks you to confirm you consent to being contacted before it will submit.
I may be paid by the licensed company for referrals. Because I may receive compensation for passing your details to them, this may count as a "sale" of personal information under California law. You only submit this form if you choose to, and you can ask me to delete your submission at any time. It does not cost you anything extra, and it does not change who I refer you to. I am not a pest control company and I do not perform the work — any agreement, quote or payment is strictly between you and the licensed business.
The form itself is a Google Form, so submissions are processed and stored by Google under their privacy policy. I do not add you to the email list from this form, and your details are not passed to anyone other than the licensed company you asked to be matched with. If you want your submission deleted, email [email protected] and I will delete it and ask the company to do the same.
